We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, including restaurants, grocery stores, and retail stores. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing fast-paced, high-visibility projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on project scope and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and contract administration
Monitor project progress and proactively manage changes, risks, and delays
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
Conduct site visits to support field teams and maintain strong communication with Superintendents
Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout processes
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure excellent client satisfaction
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Proven success managing restaurant, grocery, or retail build-outs and renovations
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
Proficient in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
OSHA 30 certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
