YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE CERTIFICATE IN THE STATE OF NY TO BE CONSIDERED! The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care, household assistance and assistance with daily living activities that improve quality of life by allowing our patients to remain in their home while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.

• Newly hired Variable Hour and Part Time employees are measured for eligibility into our ACA Benefits plans over their first twelve months of employment (also known as the Initial Measurement Period).
